10 things that are good for your brain

  1. Trying your best not to talk on a cell phone too much.
  2. Excersise
  3. Friendly talk with people you barely know such as talking about the weather.
  4. Sleeping
  5. Letting it all out and SCREAMING
  6. Writing with a sharp pencil and focusing

  8. Doing a puzzle. There are many puzzle magazines you can sign up for such as 'That's Puzzling' by Toronto Star or 'Puzzlemania' by Highlights.
  9. Drinking water
  10. Drinking milk

A great test, do it until you get 100%. See how you do with the colors.

It takes an average of 5 tries to get to 100%. Follow the directions.
